“I brought my car to Mr. Jones after a tree fell and damaged it. It didn’t seem to bad except the small hole in the roof and some other minor damage. After speaking with Chris and learning about the safety issues of replacing the roof on my brand car we decided it shouldn’t be fixed but should be taken off the road for good. Chris made no money on this but instead chose to do right thing, he also convinced the adjuster that it was the right thing to do.
