Auto Body repair and insurance dealings are complicated enough without the added pressure of Covid-19, but this is the new normal we find ourselves. This situation is a fluid and constantly changing one that has created unique needs for our customer interactions.
To make it easy, we have moved all the latest and most up to date information and tools on this page. This page is updated the moment things change, so you can be sure this is entirely up to date.
Estimating And Drop Off Process
As an essential business, we have remained open during the Covid pandemic, but we have made drastic changes to our process.
We are limiting the number of customers to no more than ten in our office to comply with state law. We prefer that our customers schedule an estimate appointment so that we can prepare for your arrival.
In between each guest, we sanitize the waiting and reception areas for the safety of all.
For your estimate, we will need to see the vehicle, and for drop off, we will need you to sign some papers. That part needs to be done in person.
However, we can make pick up and drop off arrangements with our towing company to limit your exposure if you like.
We will sanitize your vehicle before and after the estimate process.
Pick Up
Process
When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, we will do a full detail and a final sanitization so that you have nothing to worry about. Our porter will take every precaution to avoid contamination.
Touchless Payment Options
To minimize your time and contact with our office, we are offering online payments to take care of your deductible, or full payment if you are paying out of pocket.
